General Questions/Comments
Please send us an e-mail, through your e-mail account with your service provider, with your general questions or comments addressed to info@northeastonsavingsbank.com. Not all service providers provide secure e-mail through encryption services. For this reason you should not include any sensitive, personal, and confidential information such as account numbers, social security numbers, passwords or Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) using this method of e-mail. If your e-mail does include confidential information we strongly advise you to use our secure e-mail portal mentioned above.
E mail messages may not be used to place a stop payment on a check, request transfers between accounts, report lost or stolen checks, or to report lost or stolen Visa® Check cards and/or PINs. E-mail messages do not serve as a sufficient means for request to provide written notice to us regarding your account.
A North Easton Savings Bank representative may not immediately review e-mail messages that you send. Therefore you must contact the bank by telephone or in person for issues needing immediate attention.
